I must disagree with some of the unhappy people who went to Open Door! They are there for me, at a very low cost, and I find most of the Dr. very interesting in helping me. You can go there without an appointment! Thank God, for this wonderful healing place!

The stupidest hospital I ever seen in my life, the doctor and the nurse don't care about people life, they order for you wrong medicine which it happens to me so if anybody reed this do not go that hospital an less if you don't want to live!! Bench of stupid and ignorant doctors and nurse! One more thing when you visit your doctor instead of check what happened to you he give u appointment and appointments and appointments you know why becoz he is making money on you!!!

The quality of care is excellent once you get past the receptionists who give you an attitude if you are not Hispanic or Latino. This goes for Sleepy Hollow and Ossining Locations. If the Medical Staff, Nurses and Midwives were not so exceptional, me and my family would NOT go there. This would be a 5 star facility if the first impression was better. This is coming from a Health Facility Administrator.

The staff is awesome and takes their time with you. The wait is usually pretty long, even with an appointment.
