I've always had great service here up until today. I lined up to use the car wash and waited for 15 minutes. When I got to the payment kiosk it had a small sign on it that said I had to pay inside. I couldn't exit my car because I was wedged between the car wash and 3 cars behind me. I finally maneuvered my car to where I could squeeze out my door and run inside- holding up the line behind me. When I tried to explain to the cashier that they should have a bigger sign about the payment system before you get stuck between cars and the wash he cut me off and refused to listen as he continued to talk over me. I understand that issues come up but wouldn't it make sense to have a sign you could see before getting in line for the car wash? And wouldn't it make sense to listen to your customers?
