This is the first time that I have felt so good about going to the dentist. The work done so far has been painless. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful.I just wish that dental work was not so expensive so I could have all of my work done. I highly recommend open care dental.

Went in for double extraction- bad news- but the doctor and his staff were kind and non judgmental. I had avoided going to see a dentist for as long as I possible could and they did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. They were very professional and considerate.

Where is Dr Hall????? I have not seen him in 2 years and he was the reason we started with this office. Our tech- Audra does a fine job every time Now i am working ion getting a respiratory retainer with the office. I suspect it will require considerable patience on the business end as the problem in not dental.

HORRIBLE! Scheduled an appointment, made accommodations for my son to be watched so I could attend the appointment, just to leave the office PO. I'm the type of person to call and verify my benefits before going into an appointment(so I don't end up with unexpected bills in the mail). So when check in told me X-rays weren't covered I was already aware. I told her I elected not to have X-rays done during my visit, and she said I had no choice that it was X-rays or no visit. Then I asked "OH so it's only okay not to have X-rays done if I'm pregnant, but if I don't want an unexpected bill in the mail then it's not OKAY!". Waste of my time. Looking for a new dentist and not going to recommend them to any of my friends or anyone on base.

Audra was superb and Dr.Martin very down to earth and personable-highly recommend!
