OPEX Mantua is the most welcoming and friendly gym on the east coast. Their coaches are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They push you to your limits all while making sure you are using the correct form and staying safe. I have surprised myself many times on my progress and have seen the results of my hard work. I can't imagine going to any other gym ever again.

Loving the overall health benefits of following the directions of my coach. Following the nutritional program, I have lost weight and feel much better. Easing into an exercise program after a long lack of moving, has made moving and doing every day things a breeze. Thank you Opex Mantua for giving me back my quality of life.

Great place! Great one on one training! Been to a lot of other places but OPEX makes you feel totally comfortable with the surroundings and the trainers! If your not totally happy with your place, this is a must try!!!

If you're looking for an amazing support system and coaches who will do whatever it takes to make sure yo reach your goals, then this is where you need to be. Matt, Greg, and Tim truly go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you for everything!
