I started going here in January after having a car accident. Since then my husband and son are both now regular patients as I am as well. Dr. Randy and his staff are GREAT and has really helped me a lot.

I contacted Optimum Health out of desperation. I spent more than $10,000 in 1 year at another "medical weight loss" center only to lose 5 pounds, and I was left feeling cheated, tired, and hungry. I saw Optimum Health and heard about them on 104.7 The Fish, and decided to give them a try. It was my last attempt to get healthy; if this didn't work I was giving up and resigning myself to being fat and on maintenance drugs for the rest of my life. As soon as Debbie answered the phone and set up my 1st appointment, I knew I made the right decision. Debbie's professional, compassionate demeanor set me at ease, and she set me up at a time that fit my busy schedule. Since then, I've lost 20 pounds, my triglycerides have been cut in half, my anxiety disorder is under control without drugs, and I feel and look better than I have in a decade. I am a work in progress - I have another 30 pounds to lose and more fitness and health goals to achieve - and I know Debbie, Shanda, Carly, Josh, and Tabitha are going to work as hard as I am to get me to my goal. Thank you, Optimum Health, for caring for me and my health. I'm glad to have you on my side!

The medical team at Optimum Health Woodstock is very professional. They are well educated and understanding. They take the time to listen to your problems and make you feel that you are important and do not rush you. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I absolutely LOVE the awesome folks at Optimum Health in Woodstock! They are amazing people and really know what they're talking about! I began going to Optimum Health in January 2013 through a contest on 104.7 The Fish. Since beginning, they have helped me lose over 20+ pounds, drop tons of inches, lower my body fat percentage, and get HEALTHY! Dr. Carly and Shanda (Nurse Practitioner) have educated me on diet and nutrition. They were able to custom tailor my diet, supplements, and prescription medicine to my individual needs. They also answered every question I had! I was never rushed out of the office. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I also had the opportunity to workout and train with Dr. Josh and Tabitha. They, too, educated me about excercise and keeping my spine and neck healthy. They gently urged me to try my best. They never had me perform excercises that would compromise my back and neck.They had more faith in me than I did myself! Dr. Josh and Tabitha became my best buddies while training. I couldn't have asked for better trainers! Optimum Health is the best! I highly recommend them! From the moment you walk in the door and Debbie greets you, you are treated like family. They genuinely care for their patients & clients! I love them all! :)

This review has nothing to do with type of service that they provide, but has to do in how they conduct business with a supplier. If you are requested to any business with them BEWARE: invoices “get lost” delaying payment, management does not want to recognize services provided to satellite offices, when called accounting never returns, recorded messages are ignored. Therefore, when providing services to them be very careful!!!
