This place aggravates me!!! Dirty as hell!!!! They schedule you for a particular time then you are there waiting more than hour to be called, then after registered, then vitals, then put in a room again to wait for the doctor!!! It's better going to an ER. The only reason why I come here is because of my kids pediatrician she is awesome!!! And they make it so difficult to switch your kids from one pediatrician to the next especially with husky!!!

I'm so genuinely shocked that they have a 5 star rating but I see it's because there are only a few ratings. This place has got to be the worst clinic I've ever been to. I've been going there since I was a kid (I'm 19 now) and I cannot fathom how they still have the same awful workers that are there. The OBGYN I've had maybe one issue with but otherwise they are great and I love the gynecologist Fern who works there. However the dentist and regular medical portions of this place are just awful. Every time I've tried to call them in the past few months now maybe 5-6 I've gotten no pick ups. The workers have attitudes like crazy over nothing and they don't bother helping a patient who is in obvious need of information on what to do for certain specialists or appointments. I could spend hours writing the list of all the reasons why this place is absolutely horrid and make this already novel of a review 10 times longer, but instead I'll save you the torture and just tell you DO NOT GO HERE. Try the other branches maybe you'll have better luck but this place is awful.

I am highly critical of dentists. Dr. Kotsay I found to be immaculate in being a professional and in being well mannered. He has a passion for his work which comes from the core, and compassion for his patients. I look forward to his further work on my teeth -
