i have had the flu for six days and finally mustered the strength to shower, get dressed and have my husband take off from work to take me to the doctors. When I arrived there was 1 patient in the waiting room. After the medical assistant took my vitals he stated, there is 1 patient ahead of you. ONE HOUR LATER, no doctor and no sign of seeing of a doctor anytime soon. RIDICULOUS. I WALKED OUT and informed the front desk they can keep my $60 copay - ALL that effort for nothing. THANK YOU UNITED HEALTHCARE I.E. OPTUM. NOT WELL RUN AT ALL

I just called to get info about vaccination and Cristina the person that answer was very rude giving me the info and then hang up on me before I had finished I called back and told her I have not finish my questions and she did not let me explain what else I needed it, just reply to me with no apology what so ever that she gave me the prices and the info I asked. Well Cristina you did not give me the chance to make the appointment and I'm not making it now No wonder all the bad reviews this clinic has Terrible Customer service and phone etiquette !!!

I have been there three times and never been seen by Dr. Patel. Each time I have been scheduled to see Dr. Patel I have been seen by his physician's assistant, Marie. However, on my receipts for the visits and payment of my co-pay never have the physician assistant's name anywhere on my statement. I wonder if this is an acceptable way of doing business. I am going to check with my insurance carrier and will try to repost with the insurance company's response.

Horrible service. They are only interested in making money. I would not recommend this facility. I went for a physical and all they did was to collect my blood. They did not check my heart rate, etc... They appeared to be in a hurry.

Either this guy ( Bakul ) is ignorant or misdiagnoses on purpose, so that you keep coming back to his office, so he can make money. He would not refer me to a specialist, though I came in with symptoms of stroke and spent days in emergency at better hospital. He is dangerous. Regarding Dr Marie, one time she tried to prescribe me anti-fungal medication for "eczema". I had to tell her what medication I needed for that condition.
