I had four impacted wisdom teeth. I have a phobia of IV sedation and thereofore chose to stay awake for the procedure, using only local anesthetic (shots) and nitrous oxide (laughing gas.) I was nervous about being awake for the procedure. Dr. Heiner and one of his lovely staff, Loretta, helped me through the entire thing. They are so friendly and comforting, and walked me through everything. I received 13 shots in my mouth, and had 4 wisdom teeth pulled, and thanks to these wonderful people it went by so quickly and was a very positive experience. I cannot thank them enough!

My son's appointment was at 9:40am and was not called into the back until 10:20am.. that is clearly unacceptable and very unprofessional. The sad fact is they were highly recommended by a reputable dentist.

I had a tooth extracted that had a root canal and crown. The tooth broke off at the gum line. It had to be extracted prior to having an implant done. The procedure was quick and painless from beginning to end. The Norco prescription for post-op pain I did not have to have filled. No pain medication was necessary. 
The only issue was the payment. I did not need a bone graft but the receptionist made me pay the extra $700 for the graft and told me a refund check would be sent if a graft was not done. Why not only pay for what is known to be done at check-in? If a graft was needed I could have paid for the graft on my way out and not be out $700 waiting for a check.

I was really scared to get all four wisdom teeth pulled. I decided it was finally time and at the ripe age of 27 went to get it done, under sedation of course. When I got there I was really nervous but everyone was super friendly and kind and made me feel at ease. I didn't even feel the needle for the anesthesia go in and was out before I knew it. I woke up in no pain. It was a really good experience compared to how I thought it would be. If I ever had to get them pulled again I would do it with here!

Dr. Heiner and staff are highly skilled and professional.  Dr. Heiner has had excessive training in Oral Surgery that allows him to do procedures with ease and also to facilitate healing.  He is also very kind and caring.
