Unfortunately I used Ms Grimaila for legal counsel. I would not use her again and would not recommend any one use her services.

I have some ongoing issue (contract issue) which may come to a litigation case in future if the other party will not respond my request well. I had an initial phone consultation with Ms. Grimaila last week. Of course no lawyer can determine any case without reviewing the evident materials. So I needed an initial consultation with her. However, I was so busy schedule last week, then she offered me to schedule at my convenience time (of course within reasonable time frame). How nice she was! During our phone conversation, she was very kind and considerate. She listened carefully of my story and questioned me a lot. And she has also called me to check up the status a couple of times because I was a kind of middle of the negotiation with other party by myself. I have frustrated to see a slow progress on my negotiation because it has been doing only through email. At this time, however, I got to hold of the other party over the phone finally and could have started negotiating with them by myself. However; since this case will be still unsure, I am sure that she will be my next call if i have to make a lawsuit. I read other's reviews about her and I could tell that she was very thorough personal, too. I could see her good quality and considerate attitude when I talked to her over the phone. Well, this is kind of ironic; a lawyer is the last person whom I want to talk to, but since she was a very nice, I want to talk with her more like my friend, (then I have to pay though)! Well, since I did not use her service at this time, my review may not be helpful. Besides, everybody has own standard and most people may not care if an attorney is a nice or not as long as she/he gets our case win. But I care both. So, I just want to express my appreciation for her extra time so far. she did nice things more than I expected. Thank you so much, Ms Grimaila! When I need your service, I expect us to be laugh all day. S.

I would highly recommend Debra Grimaila, for her expert legal advice. She has helped us successfully navigate some very comprehensive legal agreements to use with our interior design business. We were pleased with the work that Debra did in such a friendly, timely fashion. She was great at helping us to work out the potential pitfalls and suggested the best ways to avoid them. Debra was also careful to make sure that we could easily understand all of the complex legal issues without using confusing legal terms. She made us feel comfortable, and because of her professionalism will definitely work with Debra again.

I have had Ms Grimaila handle several issues and have had great results. Her professional manner and attention to detail were impressive. I will continue use her for future needs.
