Andrea is amazing!!! Came in for Coolsculpting and she made me feel very very comfortable. We first reviewed the process in detail and started the procedure right after. For my stomach and under chin the process took about 1 hour. They have a TV and Netflix available for you to watch along with snacks while you wait.  I noticed my stomach and under chin begin to decrease in size within two days. After the full 6 weeks I noticed it decreased permanently . Andrea was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the procedure and after as well. I highly recommend the procedure, office and staff. Very professional, clean and honest.

Coolsculpting is helping me get rid of a family tradition I never wanted...a double chin & an undefined jawline. What I like most about Coolscultping is that there is NO downtime! I can have it done after a day of work, it's quick, virtually pain free, & after treatment I go about my day. I can go to work the next day & there is no sign of having a procedure done. Gradually, overtime, the reflection in the mirror   gets better & better!

From the first phone call i made, all my questions were answered, more honestly than I ever expected and I my consultation was set. 
The office is beautiful, calming and very clean. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They can speak from their personal experience with coolsculpting.  
I was very happy to learn after my consultation,  I was able to have the coolsculpting procedure done. I thought I'd have to come back.  The procedure itself is painless. I was made comfortable and always taken care of. 
I'm extremely happy I made the decision to have my coolsculpting. I really believe my results are as good as they are because I went Orange County's Coolsculpting.

This is THE place for coolsculpting, my experience was nothing but wonderful! Andrea was extremely helpful and attentive! Love her! The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the results are not permanent if you have even mild weight fluctuations. My weight goes up and down slightly (under 5lbs either way) and is different every month. My clothing size does not change. In the belly areas where I had coolsculpt done I feel after about 6 months It looks almost the same as it did prior. I excercise nearly every day doing intensive core work as well as maintain healthy diet but can never seem to lose my mommy pooch. It looked better after first treatment but it has changed.  Maybe a second treatment would make more of a difference. I am 5'-3" size 4
