Timothy is a reliable lawyer, he's very trustworthy and confident individual. He always was consistent with my case and never did I felt pressure by Timothy. My case was a quick and easy process because of him and would definitely recommend Timothy for any car issues!

I had purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta back in 2013 as a used car. I started having issues with the transmission in 2015 and after 3 times of it being taken in for service repair during warranty I thought something was wrong! I called more than 5 Lemon Lawyers who refused to take my case. When I spoke to Tim he took my case right away since most lawyers require the car to have the same issue at least 4xs. Tim started the process for me because we knew would be taking my car in for the 4th time for repair and I did! I got my car serviced for transmission problems 4xs. I actually went in for a 5th time but they refused to service me after I got my settlement. Tim went above and beyond. I provided what he needed, he was caring and gave me a call to explain any questions or concerns I had. It was seamless to me! My case took over a year to resolve because Ford did not follow through our settlement as they were supposed to. Every step of the way Tim fought and made sure I got my settlement. I thank him for his service and honest work he provides to his clients. I highly recommend him if you need to take legal action, he's the best most honest lawyer in Orange County.

Tim is an honest attorney with integrity who provided exceptional service because his lemon law expertise and professionalism are phenomenal. Other attorneys recommended a quick settlement to recover a few thousand dollars, but I would have been stuck with the defective car. Tim thoroughly reviewed my service orders and advised that he would file for a full lemon law buyback from the manufacturer so I retained him. Throughout my lemon law case Tim answered my telephone calls to respond to my inquiries and kept me up to date on all case proceedings. In the end the manufacturer paid off the remaining balance of my auto loan and I was reimbursed for every loan payment I made on the car. Tim turned a stressful and negative situation into a seamless experience so I fully support and recommend him. *** I'd also like to comment that ALL attorneys use the initial consultation to decide whether or not they want to take on a case. If an attorney doesn't want to represent you then consult with other attorneys. If none of the attorneys want to take on your case then you probably do not have enough evidence or the law does not cover your particular issue. Leaving a disparaging comment on an attorney's profile just because the attorney did not want to take on your case is absurd and I hope the 1 star comment is ignored as it should be.

Let me just make it very easy and short for everyone. I met with a lot of lemon law attorneys however Tim was the only one I felt confident with. I chose Tim to take care of our lemon law case and it was the best choice I ever made, Our car was purchased at carmax so it was a used car which lowered our chances in winning the case and could make the process much longer, It would shut off while driving and we had taken it to the dealer many many times for this problem. I had even contacted them to take the car back and they had refused that so I decided to hire Tim and see where it goes. He was very professional through the whole process, He always answered our questions and had the patience to explain the same thing a number of times if we did not understand them. I like to get results fast and even though we all know legal proceedings can sometimes take years and years and at the end you may not even get what you really want, well I'm happy to say that Tim got us exactly what we wanted in this case. I couldn't be happier with any attorney or as a matter of fact with any service provided by anyone. I highly recommend Tim to anyone who is having trouble with their vehicle. I personally believe that if Tim can't get you what you want then no one will be able to. Thank you Tim for getting us results and getting us out of a vehicle which was going to be a hassle. Now my wife drives a brand new car with no problems, thanks to Tim. Don't go anywhere else, believe me I met with a lot of attorneys and even though they were telling me what I wanted to hear I still chose Tim because he was the only one who was straight forward and honest about the case and possible results. Best attorney I have ever delt with. Always picks up the phone responds to emails extremely fast and is always on top of it. He did a lemon law for me and got every penny I paid back in my pocket as well as even negotiated the milage driven. The whole process was so smooth and quick and he hardly ever needed anything on my part. I would definitely reccomend his service to anyone struggling with vehicle that has manufacturer defect.
