I give the website a one star because it absolutely sucks at giving you actual usable information. I also give the telephone answering system that Orange County uses an absolute minus ten. There is no excuse for the way you can not get through to your public officials without listening to the same recording over and over, then finally, in frustration, just punching a number until you hear a human beings voice!!! Once I got to an office personnel, I was very happy with the exchange. For that, and that only, I give a five Star shout out. We have forgotten that human interaction is what keeps our world in balance. It's time we started remembering it again.

They always seem to be having computer problems. This slows the process or most often they can;t even preform most tasks. Depends on what day of the week as to if the staff are friendly or not.
