I absolutely love OT. It is clean, super hip, awesome workout and the staff is great! I own a small gym myself, but when I need to get my workout in, I go to OT! I love the group environment, and the Push fro the instructors! Noon time classes are the bomb! Thanks All ;-)

The orange theory workout was amazing and fun! I loved it. Super challenging and very thorough. I can't wait for my next class!!

I love this place! Friendly staff. They take the time to get to know you. Just knowing your name is huge. Never the same workout & I believe it is 1 hour spent wisely & I can see results just doing it 2X per week! I was never a runner. I am now jogging & almost running since I have been doing the workout regularly for just a couple months. My goal is distance on the treadmill & I am seeing real results. I also feel energized up to 24 hours after the workout. Euphoric even.

Very weird atmosphere. On Sat 4/15/17 a friend of mine and I stopped in because we are looking for a gym to join. I had never heard of this company so I thought I'd stop in and see what it was all about. I asked the woman at the counter if they had a brochure, or other, and she said "no, they are scheduling tours". I asked about prices and was told "take a tour". I found the entire conversation very odd. And to boot, as we were leaving, some guy came out from the back and asked, rather rudely, what did "THEY" want? Really? I can't see how they are going to survive with attitude like that towards their customers. I can say with certainty that I won't be a customer of theirs.

This is an edit to my first review where I was a new member. After about 4 months of membership this is a modification to that initial review. where move my rating from 4 to 3 stars. I joined the gym when it first opened and was a member for about four or five months. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to a change in my job. Though OTF offers many great classes my new lifestyle and schedule no longer allowed the flexibility I once had. Here is the good. The GYM is clean and the employees are super friendly. They remember your name and make you feel like you are important. The workouts start on time and end on time. They are incredibly effective in achieving a full body workout. During my time there I don't think I saw one broken rower or treadmill which leads me to believe that when something breaks they waste no time. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. They even offer body soap and hair shampoo. They have two showers so early morning classes may experience a wait to use them, but that is expected. Here is the bad. The nickel and diming is out of control . Some people say these are hidden fee's but they are not. they make these fee's clear in the paperwork when you sign up. If you forget your heartrate monitor you will get charged to use there. If you miss a classes you will get charged for that missed class. I took 6am classes which is a popular timeslot. I once signed up for a 6am class but it was full and I was put into the waiting list. The night before I checked to see if I was moved off the waiting list and I wasn't. Over night, while I was sleeping I was moved off the list. By the time I woke up and noticed I was late for the class. As of writting this post the app you use to sign up for a class does not have push notifications. How difficult is it to code a push notification in the app so you can be notified of the move off the waiting list. I cancelled my membership on the first of the month. Billing happens on the 22nd of the month. I am still going to get charged for the entire month. When you question them about this policy they hide behind the "corporate policy". OTF is not a local business. The franchisee maybe local but the company is national. Hiding behind corporate policy is a weak way to get an extra month out of someone who isn't doesn't want to be a member anymore or can't. Conclusion: If you want a good and effective workout OTF is the place for you. You will work hard, sweat and burn calories. Just be mindful of the fee's. I recommend shopping around, there are plenty of local businesses that are just as effective and kinder on the wallet.
