Love this place. The workout is great. The trainers at the Elmhurst location are awesome. They truly want to help you- and are there if you have any questions. They even say you can stay after class and ask questions. They want to know your goals so they can help you meet them. Not a lot of places do that....

High energy, great workout in a fun atmosphere. The instructors are passionate about fitness and challenge you to work harder. I'm a huge fan!

The workout is universal across all OTFs, but the staff and trainers at Elmhurst are what make coming back to this workout week after week enjoyable! I travel a lot for work so I've been able to experience many OTF locations, but nothing compares to the authentic energy and smiles at Elmhurst!

Builds functional strength and resilience while group nature of it raises ones' individual bar for effort in the moment. I couldn't do what I do in the studio alone in my basement!

I have been working out at Orangetheory in Elmhurst for just shy of a year now and it has helped me to lose weight, improve my health, and become much stronger. The fact that I have stayed with it is a testament to the results I've seen and the fantastic trainers. I was a complete fitness beginner when I started, having not ever worked out before. The Orangetheory classes can work for pretty much everyone from complete beginners just getting started to experienced athletes looking to switch things up. Every class has a variety of people at all fitness and experience levels. Everyone can feel comfortable here. The instructors take plenty of time to explain all the exercises and provide alternatives that can make it less challenging or more challenging depending on your individual fitness level or limitations.
