Orangetheory Studios are designed to inspire strength. Well-maintained, clean and contemporary spaces make you feel energized and focused. Fresh, modern style will drive you to get the best burn for your fitness level. From the lighting, to music, to art, Orangetheory is a new fitness experience that will electrify you!

The studio has 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 Suspension Unit systems and plenty of free weights and benches for sessions of 10-25 people. Each facility has separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers for convenience and comfort. Lockers, courteous staff, and modern equipment complete the Orange Experience.


Orangetheory Fitness uses the science of Heart Rate Based Treadmill Interval Training, the efficiency of Indoor Rowing for increased power and the proven concept of Weight Training Blocks to create the fitness level and body you have always desired. Workout and Weight Loss plateaus are a thing of the past….really!


The Science of the Orangetheory Workout:


The physiological theory behind the Orangetheory workout is known as “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. By providing you with a heart rate monitor and POD, we can monitor your 5 zone interval training sessions that we call the Orange 60. During the 60 minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. This program design produces EPOC, which is the workout “after-burn” effect, meaning that our interval training design produces a 200-400 calorie increase to your metabolism 24-36 hours after your workout.

Example: Burn 600-1000 calories during the workout and burn 200-400 more calories from EPOC over the next 24-36 hours.

The Orangetheory workout will produce for you increased muscle endurance, power, stamina and tremendous weight loss, if desired. With good music, a talented group trainer and a high energy studio, you have the recipe for a workout that produces BIG and LASTING results.

I took my first trial class after being recommended by a friend who is a member and I absolutely LOVED it! I've been struggling to lose weight and Orange Theory was EXACTLY what I needed - a group workout with great energy, accountability and a trainer to show me the correct way to work out/proper form and set goals for me. David was great at making sure I was pushing myself but not going over what my body could handle, checked in on me regularly and just had an all-around great energy and is a great motivator. Needless to say I signed up and am committed to coming twice a week and look forward to working out at 5:30 in the morning! People who know me would never have believed that before. After 2 classes, I've already dropped a few pounds (along with healthy eating) and am on track to reach my weight loss goal and planning my wedding! I wish I'd tried Orange Theory months ago, it's honestly changed me in just a week and I'm preaching about it to anyone I can!

I am so pleased with my decision to join Orange Theory! I have seen great results and I am down 6lbs in 6 weeks. The workouts are always different and challenging! I am a busy mom and teacher. My time is valuable and limited. It feels good to take one hour out of my day and focus on my health alongside other like minded members.

I've been to 2 classes so far but both were taught by David. He is very upbeat, constantly encouraging you to push yourself and helping to correct form. I was intimidated to go but am very glad I did. I cannot wait for the next class. There is a wide variety of times to suite any schedule.

I've never been motivated to work out, but I love to receive an email with my progress because it motivates me to try and beat my record. It gives me purpose to make it there for the class and I love it when the coaches are uplifting and energetic and positive and they push you to do your very best. At the same time, they are very conscious of performing exercises the proper way in order to prevent injury. I really appreciate this, as I have been injured in the past.
