I am in LOVE with Orange Theory!  With changes in my diet and working out at the OT New Braunfels since its grand opening last July, I'm down 60 lbs. I'm a happy, healthier OT camper! 😃

Orange Theory in general has turned my life around for the healthier and better, and I can honestly say that the team at Orange Theory New Braunfels is the best team I have come across. I have now visited three other locations in and outside Texas and no team compares. No team has more passion or bigger smiles when you walk in. 5/5 stars because it's worth every penny!

Best workout around!  Motivating, encouraging coaches and super friendly staff!  Almost instantly you feel part of the community!  What have you got to lose?  Try your first class for free and you'll be hooked!

First day was amazing. I already feel more energized and toned. I lost 1.5 lbs in 2 days. Can't wait to reach my 2 month goal.

Great results from great workouts. There is no need to think about it. Just come in for an hour and follow what the plan for the day is.  There is a wide range of abilities who attend so it's not like going to sessions meant for bodybuilders at some other gyms.  The trainers make sure to work around any orthopedic issues.  Group personal training at its finest.
