The thing that sets this place apart is the incredible customer service. Walking in the store, I was warmly greeted. Since it was my first time in that particular OSH, I may have looked a bit lost. Another employee asked if I need help, directed me to the correct aisle, and called on another employee to meet me there. Then that person helped me pick out the right part and explained why it was the better choice, despite everything being the same price. The check out experience was just as friendly.

Only slightly better customer service than the other big store with two words in their name. Less selection of items unfortunately. At least this place carries Craftsman tools.

I prefer this store over the others I have visited. Its very practical, not too cutesy. LatASHsome other OSH stores have moved toward the cute garden and household stuff, as opposed to the practical hardware stuff. The cute stuff is fine, I just want to find the hardware!

Always have a great experience at OSH. They now carry a new product called Weatherwash which instantly ages wood to give the old barnwood grey look, it works great. Good review!

Very helpful staff and well-stocked shelves. Be nice if the lines went a little faster but can't blame the checkers for their older clientele.
