Great customer service. Tony in the plumbing section knows his trade. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help us. This is why we go here.  Help in every section. You don't have to walk around aimlessly looking for an employee like you do at the "big box" stores. Prices are better too.

Not happy that Orchard on Fair Oaks only sold GE brand of light bulbs. Don't like being told what to buy. Where is my choice? Cashier was not sincere and gave me the impression he didn't care.

OSH ... Been around for enough time to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.  Come on for a light bulb or any other small item,  and you can spend an hour or two browsing and drooling. Or ... get out of the store in short order.  An industry benchmark.

Very good customer service. Prices are slightly higher. But, usually it's much less crowded and you can always find what you need pretty quickly.
