Orcutt finished some work I needed done on the house I am buying yesterday (5/24/2010). After just checking the external jobs I found a deck that needed power washing and staining was 60% finished and siding fixes were with non-matching siding pieces that were put on top of the holes in the siding. I paid $3800 for these and a few other fixes in the house. I am very worried to see what was done in the house. 

I figure that anyone can find a better contractor the will complete the job for far less than what this is costing. I would stay away from this company as much as possible.
