The staff is very helpful. They have darn near anything you will need for your vacuum and the are knowledgeable and helpful. Their carpet cleaner and products worked extremely well. Highly recommend

I bought a Miele canister vacuum from Lance, the owner. He seemed nice & provided the info I requested. 
I told him I wanted to "buy local" so purchased from him..I paid over $100 more than what I discovered online.  My big mistake. Buy ONLINE  BUYER BEWARE.

They carry lots of "hard to find Bags and belts.  Reasonably priced supplies and they do machine repairs too.
