Story

The Oregon Barbecue Company is a competitive BBQ team out of Albany Oregon. We're a team built by the love of BBQ and everything it offers. OBC, as we call ourselves, is all about teaching people the art of outdoor cooking. So any questions you might have don't hesitate to ask. We have setup the OBC Chuckwagon at the Deluxe Brewing Company at 635 Water Ave down by the River in Albany, Oregon available for everyone to "come and get 'ya some!". Our goals are to show people how much fun BBQ is and to inspire great cooking in your own backyard. Maybe we'll even see you in a competition!! Thank you to everyone!

I have a hard time paying for BbQ because I smoke all my own stuff. I have no problem paying for these guys to feed me. Excellent BBQ!

Their brisket is the star of the show. This BBQ drive-thru has the best brisket I've found since moving up here from Texas. Great smoky flavor, peppery black bark, cut properly across the grain, "flakes" open when you bend a slice of it, with a deep red smoke ring. Simply the best! Their pulled pork was merely OK, and their smoked sausage (kielbasa, which seems an unusual choice) did not impress. I will be back again & again for their brisket at a very reasonable $19/pound. They are open 11AM-until the meat runs out, closed on Sunday.

Good food. It has the typical bbq selection with several different meats and appropriate side dishes. I've had really fatty brisket before at other bbq places, but there's was really good. It wasn't so lean that it lacked flavor at all, it was just right. The chicken was also very good, not too dry, good flavor. The beans were excellent and the potato salad was good too. I would add more mustard to the potato salad, but that's very much a personal preference. Also friendly service and the wait was very reasonable, especially for lunch time.

So good!

Drive thru type pick up!

Ive purchase 4 full racks of ribs for a weekend UFC PPV once before. The ribs are delicious. Could not focus on the fights!

Lunch combo is also good. The pulled pork sandwich with a side and drink is pricwd fairly. You cant get this style of food in other places locally. 

I wish they would open a sit down style. We would be regulars.

Great BBQ!  Love the brisket!  And their potato salad is almost as good as my late grandma's!
