Came with my aunt to change her address. Guard at the door initially indicated it would be a 2-hour wait, then told us we could just fill out a change of address form (from a rack in the back corner of the room). Took all of 5 minutes to complete and the guard was very helpful with all details. Of course, if they had put that form online, we wouldn't have to come to the office. (And, yes, we could have called, but my aunt can't hear  and that would have been at least an hour on the phone.)

I got there an hour early and was the first one in the parking lot and at about 10 min to 9.       I looked up and a 3 inconsiderate people jumped in line in front of me.
I talked to Lee and she was very and helpful, hopefully they will get my issue resolved. 
She treated me with respect. Remember people, if you go in there with an attitude, you'll probably get an attitude back. There just doing there job! Great experience Lee!

On hold for 75min as of this very moment, calling for the second day in a row to make an appointment to finalize my application. Yesterday I was on hold for 2hours and 55min. They didn't even bother dropping my call when they locked up the office to leave at 4 pm.
Don't bother trying to call this office, just go down and waste a day of your life, papers in hand. They don't know what a phone is.

Not bad, came an hour early, finished in about one hour and a half. I don't know why the delay. People were nice and helpful to non-Americans.

Pro tip: bring something to read, but do not get distracted when they call your number.

They have a 45 minute phone call wait to speak with someone.  There is an automated voice system asking irrelevant questions.  This is effectively an abuse of citizens of Oregon.
