No one cares about anyone anymore. I have been waiting since the 1st of the month for my food benefits and NO ONE is seeing to getting them processed for me. I have called so many times- I begged them to get it done before Christmas at least, but they let me go hungry on Christmas instead. They STILL haven't been processed. This is unacceptable! I'm a human being! There have been NO changes to my income or situation. They simply are NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE! Disgraceful!

Classic example of government waste. It's funny because the workers are also part of the poor economic class. But they feel a sense of "superiority" because they are the holder of the required items needed to sustain life. Don't bother calling them on the phone if sent a letter. TheI purpose is to make it as hard as possible for you.

I moved back here from Los Angeles. All these people complain... Moan and grown over a process that takes maybe an hour. I've waited for hours!!!! Never less than 3 hours it was an all day process. I love the way the workers are with everyone. They don't treat you like welfare trash. They don't judge. I called them and got a call back in 15 minutes. I appreciate everything they've done to make this already hard time easier.

I asked the lady at the front counter if she had any thing she could write my appt. date and time, she just glared at me and said no I don't . The gentleman I talked to how ever was very curtious and treated me with integrity . As far as the actual workers go there 5 star. but the ones at the counter are.... Except the gentleman who was prossecing EBT cards.
