The gal that helped me today was quick professional and courteous. She is what I hope to find Everytime I come in. I am only giving 4 stars because the location is difficult to find, and public transportation isn't convenient when you have 3 kids. The max stop has the grossest elevator i have to take because of my stroller and there seems to be at least one person with a mental health issue harassing people or threatening someone. Police presence is needed around the clock which I believe helps.

The staff arent good at answering their phone. When I call they have never answered so I usually try to just go in. While I'm there they will just stand around talking and laughing with eachother while the phones ringing. Super frustrating. Good part is everytime I go in they arent busy so it doesnt take too terribly long.

This is a hard time and these folks are really compassionate. "John" interviewed me over the phone. He was awesome. I'm glad there is an office in my neighborhood, too. Thanks y'all!
