Oregon Dry Cleaners is a great place to get your clothes dry cleaned! The staff don't speak much English, but were still kind and helpful. I got a suit dry cleaned and they told me to pick it up in three days. When I picked it up, they had done a great job! Their price was very cheap. Very satisfied. The only word of caution is that I don't think they check pockets (good and bad thing). So make sure you check yours before dropping anything off!

I've only had good experiences here, the staff are very polite, the service is always quicker than I expect and it is very reasonably priced.

Terrible customer service and the employees are not knowledgeable about prices. The owner is rude as well and does not make any attempt to make the situation right with customers.

I tried to pick up my dry cleaning this morning, but the owner neglected to write a total on the ticket. The employee couldn't find my clothes, I eventually had to point them out because I saw them hanging on a rack. The employee was either unfamiliar with the store's pricing or basic addition and refused to ring me up. She told me the owner would be in a 9 (30 minutes later) or I would have to come back later. Both very inconvenient. The owner did call, per my request, and just my "Sorry - your clothes are ready for pickup at any time."

I finally got her to agree to a discount for the poor experience, inconvenience, and rudeness from the employee.
