So where's the dash cam footage of lavoy being shot to death? FBI can release no audio footage from a drone, you guys should be capable of releasing the audio video footage captured by police. Your organization is a joke. Go back to your Albany office to ogle the patrons at the adult store there. Probably still running plate number illegally just because they are parked there. Fascists.

Any agency that is disappointed with the outcome of a trial, where an officer was found guilty of ramming a motorcyclist, then pulling a gun on the obviously unarmed citizen, and kicking him in the chest, needs to reevaluate how they operate.
The fact that you claim this kind ofbehavior did not violate your organizations established procedures or tactics is disgusting. 
For you to think that officers should be shielded from the liability of civil damages and allowed to hide behind their badge is why much of the public considers you to be no better than criminals.

More disgusting than anything was the fact that you back up a person (Edwards) that perjured themselves in a court of law. Saying he had brake fade is a complete lie and everyone knows it yet you do nothing to him? You actually stand by him?  This is incredible, a state trooper who is a confirmed liar sits at the head of your agency. Repulsive and disturbing.

'He appeared to be reaching' is the excuse offered for killing LaVoy Finnicum in broad daylight with your trooper standing less than 10ft away and looking down the barrel of a high powered rifle.  I am just a dumb old Army Vet and I am not a highly trained, professional Oregon State Trooper but that sounds like total bullcrap.  Your Trooper held Finnicum's life in his hands and could kill him at any moment of his choosing and he is making his stand on 'he appeared to be reaching'?  He is either a coward, thoroughly incompetent or a liar and probably all three.  Its bad enough you cant treat a citizen with the basic respect and dignity they are entitled to.  Its bad enough that you bow and scrape and kiss the FBI's butt.  Why could you not simply push back and tell the FBI to do their own murdering?
