Do NOT go to to this dentist. It is a butcher shop dentist. I had a terrible pain with an abscess tooth. She took one look at my x-ray and told me I had to get the tooth extracted. My own doctor was full that day, and being a Friday, I knew I wouldn't last until Monday due to the pain. I also know that my dentist would have opted for a root canal instead of a full on extraction. They make you sign waivers and pay up-front for a procedure. $595 for an extraction of one tooth. They never explained anything to be. Not my options, after care procedures etc. Unfortunately, when you are in so much pain, you basically do as you are told. In hindsight, I wish I had left her office. It took her 20 minutes of pulling and tugging to get my tooth out and she had no bedside manner at all. When she was done, she just left, on to the next patient (or dollar sign). As I was later told by my own dentist, the office would usually have you wait until a blot clot is formed in the socket after an extraction. Not here. I was sent on my way without a prescription for antibiotics or pain medication and had to return to ask for it. I had a dry socket with exposed bone. There was even a piece of my tooth left in the socket. When I came home and read all the bad reviews on google my stomach turned. I had to return to my own doctor to get additional treatment. My doctor had to irritate the dry socket to allow a blood clot to form so that it can cover the bone and heal. How is it possible that Orlando Smiles would let a patient out of their office without letting them know about the healing process, or waiting for a blood clot to form? Do NOT go to this dentist. She is the first one you will find when you google "emergency dentist" and unfortunately, this is what desperate people on vacation resort to. Do your research properly.

I was in pain and found this office on google. I called and was told they accept my insurance. When I walked in they apologized and said they'd tell the answering service again who they accept. I ignored that and started panicking, dental is expensive. It was my lucky day, I was told I could give five stars on google for a free consult. Perfect! Right? Wrong. They told me about all kinds of things that I needed to get done. But my only concern was getting emergency surgery to take out two broken teeth. I didn't have enough money so I left, switched insurance, and came back. Biggest mistake of my life. They don't do oral surgery. She spent the longest amount of time taking my tooth out. Just one. I could feel pain in the beginning and started to cry. She got annoyed with me. I would have relaxed, but she was rushing through my extraction literally pulling as hard as she could because she had other patients to tend to. No instructions afterward. No follow up appointment. No care whatsoever about the patient. Its been over a month and I'm still in pain from this extraction, waiting for vacation time to see a REAL ORAL SURGEON. Believe the bad reviews. Stay away from this place. They prey on those who are desperate and could care less about the after effects. There's too many other dentists in Central Florida, that know what they're doing, and make sure everything is done right... Find one, cause this place isn't it.

These ladies in the office are a 10++ they saved a cheerleader from not missing her competition. My niece had an emergency with her braces and they found a way to help. I am so grateful I found them. BTW my niece WON 1st place in Nationals !!! Thank you sooo much Happy Holidays!!!

It was an amazing experience with Dr Sarika and her staff.They took great care of me.Love their office. It's one stop shop for dentistry and they are reasonably priced too.Thank you Dr Sarika for your great work!
