Was told 2-3 days. Finally on day 17 my stove made it to my house. Too many frustrating issues to even list.

Great place to go. We purchased a fireplace recently and would highly recommend this store and all of the staff. The owners are knowledgeable,  efficient, courteous  & friendly as is all of the staff.   Took time to explain all details of our purchase and the installation. Also helped us in regards to proper use and burning of our new fireplace.  GREAT PLACE! GREAT PEOPLE!!

Well, I was contacted by one of the owners recently. Our conversation was productive, she wanted to know exactly what I was dissatisfied with and asked what could be done to improve their business. It was a pleasant talk, I am going to give them another shot. 
So stay tuned.

OLD REVIEW FROM FEB. 2016
Be prepared to wait, and then wait some more. My pipe install was not completed, nor was it a good job,(forgot paint and hardware), had to wait two weeks for them to come back, with me calling them 6 times, and one no show.
Very unorganized.
Quite friendly, if you can reach anyone.

Purchased a dream spa and it was delivered   on the date we requested.  After it was dropped off and checked by the technicians we noticed one of the jets was spinning very slowly. We figured with it sitting for awhile and being new it just needed adjustment and found the jet broken internally. Called orleys back and they sent a technician out right away and replaced the jet on the spot. Great customer service and quick repair on our new spa. Would recommend!!!

I'm a pretty good handyman But My Avalon Stove drug me up a wall I took it in To get it repaired to the cats all to hang out When they got done fixing it it cost me $58 And I'm happy as hell because it works good now
