Came here to have a quick game with family, there’s only 4 of us. All being adults. Upon arrival, there were a good amount of lanes open that we could see, at least 25 out of maybe 40. When we asked the gentleman at the desk(he was a heavier set bald man) about bowling, he was rude in telling us that due to a tournament and birthday party that started at 3:30, we could not bowl. We understand if there were no available lanes, but there was no need to be rude about it. Especially considering when we arrived, it was only 2. Will NOT be returning here especially since this was the first time stepping to this facility. Instead, we drove to a different place who were much more friendly and have better customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very clean, nice lanes, great selection of ball weights, dated and limited bowling animations, no speed tracking of balls down the lane. Cheese pizza was enjoyable. Arcade in front is also super clean but had multiple out of service games. Money is placed on game card and you swipe to play-cool feature.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lanes were good and the score is kept automatically for you in the screen.
We had to wait an hour for a lane but that was because it was a rainy day and everyone was trying to find an indoor activity. 
The pizza we had was tasty.

Our family had a great time. We were there 4-830. My 2 teenage boys from Long Island were interested in joining a league. Because they seen it was a fun hangout. Me out of 3 adults had a blast. Place was clean,  food decent, friendly packed atmosphere. 😄

I bought the Group on laser tag for my son's birthday. Wanted to do it earlier than the normal operating time. Linda contacted me and was very accommodating and had an employee ready for or birthday party. I recommend and will continue to go to Ormond lanes regularly.  Thanks Linda! We had a blast!
