Can you tell us why the village of Oroville does not insist on yard/property clean-up within the town limits. I have seen some pretty sad sites in town before but 307 Ironwood is the worst ever. If I were a neighbor I would be fuming as it is a haven for rats and mice. There are bird pens, dog pens, and lord knows what else on the property, not to mention the number of old vehicles that are likely leaking oil/gas into the ground and poluting the earth.
