Very upset, they did my taxes without my consent and tried to lie and say they talked to me over the phone, and very rude receptionist, and I walked into office to ask for copies they hesitated and didn't give me my complete taxes that I did not file.

I am from a different state and have had Josh and Maria help me in the past and they do a great job, it takes them a little long to complete my tax information but they do a great job. Felipe DOES NOT!!! Felipe takes forever, he does not return your calls or calls you when he tells you that he is going to call, he does not ask all the proper question to get the proper information, and does not emails the paper work when he says is. I gave him all my information since February and it is the end of April and I still can not have him send me my information to complete my taxes. I'm very unhappy and sadly they will not have my serves any longer. I felt like they did not care to help me.
