What I really appreciated about the purchase of my Mazda 3 was the fact that our sales manager, Bill Tower, showed us how everything worked on our new car.  He treated us with such respect that I was actually surprised.  Our last purchase was from Mini Cooper in Grand Rapids where we were treated with contempt.  But Orrin B. Hayes treated us with respect and I drive my new car with confidence because of Bill Tower.  I love my car even more because I was valued as a customer.

I recently had Orrin B. Hayes repair the body of my 2013 Mazda. Their service was really an enjoyable experience. They guided me through the repair process an displayed a level of professionalism that set me at ease. My repairs were finished well before the projected time frame and I was back in my car in little to no time at all! Thanks for making my experience less stressful and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Called 3 years ago to have scheduled maintenance done, was told it would be at least 4 weeks because it was their "busy season". Transmission started acting up 6 months ago, was told it would be at least a month because it's their "busy season". Mercedes won't run without constant revving now, asked to have it towed there to have a look when they could, no hurry. Was told by Bill that they already have too many dead cars on the lot couldn't fit another for weeks. I said fine, when? Answer: " I dunno. It's our busy season." He told me to have it towed elsewhere when I said it always seems to be their busy season.

I would like to give this place a good review, as most of the people here have been pretty friendly. But I have absolutely never experienced such difficulty in trying to get a non complicated procedure done on my car. I have returned 3 days in a row and things still haven't been fixed. I have never been so frustrated with a service shop. If I wouldn't have already paid for everything then without a doubt I would take it some place else. I do understand that things happen, but I should not have to come back 3, and soon 4, times to get it fixed.
