HORRIBLE service. I was not greeted as I walked in for my first time here, then when I went to the wrong check-in I was rudely pointed in the right direction. My appointment began 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Had a follow-up two weeks later and when I arrived they had no records of this appointment even though I had my appointment card given to me by my doctor with me. Had to reschedule with no apologies and more of a "you're the one who messed up" attitude from the receptionist. WILL not be going back after this injury.
