Very accommodating, friendly, and even fun!  When i found they were less than 2 other bids, going there was also a no brainer.

I have been calling them since 8am it is now 917am and still nothing, and it keeps going to there automated answering machine. Like seriously, the money I am spending on Braces for my child you would think that they would have more then one line. Her braces broke over the weekend so I need to get her in ASAP, but no one is answering the phone...seriously? I don't even see the hours listed on Google so I could see if maybe they don't open until later in the day.

Ok place. A little of the banter between the front desk people was a bit unprofessional. I didn't feel like they took the time to explain "why and how" to my 11 year old very well. Also, they were $800 more expensive than our second quote. Before following our gut to get a second quote, we ended up wasting $300 on X-rays and molds that were free at another clinic.
