For the last 16 + months I have had some excruciating pain in my back (or so I thought it was in my back). Almost every night it would wake me in the middle of the night and I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. It would take me a few minutes just to put on a pair of socks in the morning. I am not 100% better yet, but the pain is manageable with exercise now. I feel like I am on the brink of a pain free life again. It started with Kip and a diagnosis, and then Sophia at Orthology Woodbury has changed my life. I get a full nights sleep now. A lot of the pain has been permanently eliminated. I was never ornery, but I have a little extra pep in my step now. I smile more. I think food even tastes better! It might not work for everyone but after doctors told me I had a hernia and then not a hernia. I was on a 24 visit chiro therapy that left me where I began after 22 visits. A commercial on TV. A visit to their YouTube extended commercial and then reading all the reviews online landed me a visit to Orthology. Their main goal was to NEVER see me again. I liked hearing that! I think tonight was that last visit. The rest is up to me to get to where I need to be. The groundwork has been laid and I can take it the rest of the way! If you have have tried every option and don't want to try surgery just yet... give them a call!

I will begin running again this weekend
