Cannot recommend Dr. McCracken more. Not only did he correctly diagnose my issue, he calmly and professionally guided me to the available options, and we found the best one for my situation. Dr. McCracken performed the surgery which has led to a remarkable recovery. I went from 10/10 nerve pain to 0/10 nerve pain with the surgery alone. The physical recovery took longer, of course, and Dr. McCracken has been with me every step of the way. His staff is professional and prompt. This is a first-class experience.

I just saw him yesterday and I can't stop raving about him and his incredible staff to everyone who asks. All Drs should strive to have the compassion, patience, understanding and take the time as well as being informative as Dr. McCracken is. For the first time in months I left a drs office with a smile feeling like I'm finally getting somewhere with one of my issues. He took a long time going over everything and getting to know all about me so every puzzle piece made sense. He was caring to my pain while doing his work up and never once made it seem minimal. He was very detailed and clear when explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable with his approach to my back and body health. I've only ever met two other drs like him, my pcp and dentist... I wouldn't trade them for anything. I'd very highly recommend Dr. McCracken and willing drive hours to see him cause he's just THAT AWESOME!!!!!

The Doctor was informative, engaged in making sure to get me better as soon as posible, his compassion and bed manners are "amazig". During my first visit, He was not due to be in the office and once I said I was in horrible pain, he came in to assist me. Other doctors I called said they could not help me for weeks. Tbe office staff Is somply great, friendlly, efficient. By the time I left the consultation room they have gotten approval from my insurance for my MRI and had research appointment options with the radiologist. Overall "Wow" what an amazing Dr visit experience. Disclosure: No, I am not a relative, this was sincerely my first time meeting the Doctor and his staff. Dr. Thanks to you and your staff for your compassion and caring.
