Their MD's are good but every time you call for an appointment of any kind you can expect a half hour on hold to even get them to answer the phone.

And this us before I've even met the doctor! Changes from 1 to 3 only cause the doctor was actually nice.

I went to OA about 4 years ago and the service was bad but not this bad. I have a sharp shooting pain in my knee, that affects my ability to walk up stairs. They immediately do an xray instead of an MRI. After waiting an hour, the doc says my kneecap is out of wack. . Do exercise and a brace. he tells me. The girl comes in and give me a generic sheet of paper with a bunch of baby exercises, No instruction, Nothing.. Next, she gives me a brace and puts it on. She tells me its on backward and leaves. No instructions, Nothing, I have no idea on how to use this brace.

Twice I've had to come to Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County and twice at this location I've had nothing but rushed, terrible help. Uncaring doctors and uncaring staff.

On first visit Dr rushed me out the door after 10 minutes.I had to cancel a second visit,no one answered phone,on hold for twenty minutes plus.3 attempts to get ahold of them.Sent a message thru their website.Now they claim I was a no show and want to charge a no show fee.Ridiculous.
