Not my real name - but available if needed,. Went for consultation for arthritic thumbs and a total waste of time. try to get a copy of your zx-rays - they still put it on a CD you have to pick up - and you have to sign a consent which should all be available on the web - I have to go to the office and sign and pickup a CD. Real modern with technology - ever hear of email?

Most unfriendly miserable staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. Tiggis should have his license revoked. Hope he can spell LAWSUIT

The fact that they have one line for all branches is ridiculous. Getting an appointment is difficult. Therapy didn't work at all. I am really disappointed with the office. Multiple times I've filled out a release form for my notes to be faxed to my job. Almost every single time I have received a call from my job saying that I was on an unexcused absence. The office is terrible. Love my doctor but the whole practice itself is terrible

The appointment process is abysmal .. 30 - 45 minutes to wait to speak with someone is the norm. Email messages are not returned or promises of returned calls often do not happen. When one finally gets through appointments are often 2 - 3 weeks out.

The doctors are all nice, but the business model of the practice throws patients under the bus. Because of resource limitations a doctor recommended a diagnostic procedure for me as the 'only option'. I later found out the procedure has been obsolete for almost a decade in the better NYC hospitals. The practice is a $ mill hamstrung by out of date resources and administrative protocols that will frustrate patients. As painful as it is, taking a trip down to Westchester or NYC will be worth it. Your bones will thank you. More recently, they poorly handled care for my young daughter. I was a fool to take her there. Don't make the same mistake.
