This place has a terrible system, they say they coordinate between office but they don't, don't try to call them because you will be on hold for 30 minutes or more guaranteed doesn't matter time of day, if you do the contact us online or in the patient portal you are lucky to get a call back within 3 days if a call at all. Need authorization, they will call you and tell you its ready and then tell you they can't make the appointment because they are so inefficient whoever called you about the authorization hasn't told scheduling. The doctor I use there is a good doctor but hell if I have any luck getting to him. Just another large group taking advantage of good people who need healthcare, but rest assure when it comes to collecting your money they won't miss a cent.

Surgeon said he'd rip my guts out. I believe that was because I'm transgender. If you go to this place you will regret it! Evil bad docs will ask for superfluous tests and milk your insurance then they leave you hanging still hurt. Sick evil place.

My husband had a serious fall from a 20 ft ladder about 2 months ago and he had a visit with Dr Barrick today. Although my husband smokes,i highly doubt that his smoking has anything to do with the pain he is suffering. The Dr honestly made him feel less than a human being when the Doc said"if you want to smoke, then be in pain" We now need to find another Dr that will take more than 3 minutesto evaluate and give a 2nd opinion.

No issues and very little down time waiting to see the MD. Dr.Kelmanovich is fantastic, down to earth and very thorough. His staff is very nice and friendly.

Excellent Client Service by knowledgable professionals! Every time we have gone to the clinic on South Road in Poughkeepsie, we have been completely satisfied with the results of this team.
