This has to be the cleanest hospital ( institution) anywhere, and the staff treats you as if you're their only patient so caring and polite. Wished I could give them a 10

I had a wonderful experience at the Orthopedic Institute.  On July 1, I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Ross Ward.  I have had a few surgeries in several different hospitals, and the Orthopedic Institute is the number one place to be if you are going to have orthopedic surgery.  The nurses, doctors, aides, and all other staff members that I dealt with were just wonderful.  I never had to wait for anyone or anything.  If I had a problem, they were right there as soon as I pressed the nurse button.  The food was great too. All you had to do was call down to the cafeteria about an hour before you were ready to eat, and it was sent up in time for your mealtime.  I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has any plan for orthopedic surgery any time soon.  Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and other staff members for allowing me to keep a good memory of this surgery.
