I don't know how people get thru the process. I only made it with thru with the compassionate help of the director at Ortmann. He slowly walked me thru the and took time when I needed it. Just knowing Moms was in good hands made all the difference.

My mother passed from cancer.myself and my whole family were devastated. Tom and the Ortmann family showed compassion and patience and walked is through the process. Her wake was beautiful and we all family and friends felt at ease withh such a horrible situation. All the details were taken care of and we could consetrat on my moms life. I personally walked away feeling relieved she had gotten the service she wanted. It was Definetly a beautiful service.

I was disappointed with many aspects of the planning process. The burial plot was miscommunicated to me and my father should have been buried on the other side of the stone. My music selections were cut off too early during the funeral and people were too quick to make us leave after the visitation. It felt rushed and very impersonal.
