AAA Wisconsin - what the h are they thinking.  My credit scores, as of 4-24-16, are 820 and 823, according to Credit Karma.  It does not include Trans Union.  I have a 2006 truck with 37,000 miles.  My driving record is so clean it could be used as an example of what a driver should do while on the road.   Yet, AAA says I am not a top rated customer.  For those that are familiar,  AAA has me as a "score indicator" 8.  I was told 9 is the highest.  When asked why I was not a 9 I heard everything from they use their own methods to determine the score, based on credit scores, to "there are many different factors that determine the score.  My favorite is "we can check your credit but it might make your rates go higher."  What a crock.  I said I am going to shop around, I think I can do better.   Insurance companies want customers like me.   They just said "Is there anything else I can do for you?"  This was both AAA WI and AAA Grafton, WI.  Apparently AAA is doing so good they do not care if they retain customers, who have been with them for 15 years, auto and roadside insurance.   Oh wait,  they closed the local office in Oshkosh, and since last November they closed the Fond du Lac office.  I know why, poor customer service.
