I just had three dental implants completed today by Dr. Constantine and the whole process was easy and painless. I appreciate the attention to detail, expertise, and service that I experienced. I always compile a list of options and get estimates before embarking on any major project or service. Price is not the only factor I consider but the quality of service and value as well. I found the cost for my implants to be extremely reasonable compared to 2 other estimates I had received and I liked that the cost was inclusive of everything from start to finish and did not deviate. There were no extras or hidden fees- the whole process was very upfront. Dr. Constantine is probably the most diligent and detail oriented dentist I have encountered. It is evident he takes pride in his work. The staff are wonderful. Sue at the front desk does collect payment- in response to the previous review- because that is her job to do so. This is a business with considerable operating expenses and fully staffed. Collecting payment in advance is customary and absolutely necessary. The implant parts and crowns have to be ordered and they have to cover those costs in advance of treatment. I did have to reschedule and miss a few appointments during the course of my treatment and I found Sue and the staff to be very understanding. This is a practice that I would, and have, recommended to neighbors and friends without reservation.

my extended family has been seeing Dr Libby for decades and i do mean decades! they would not go anywhere else. My husband started seeing as a child years ago. He travels by plane, from Montana, just to see Dr Libby. He is the most sensitive, kind, caring, devoted dentist in Baltimore, and i felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, during or after during my procedure. He gives every patient a phone call at night from his home to check on them, after he works on them. He even sent me a follow up card in the mail, to let me know he is there; should i need him. Staff also goes above and beyond to help. He is the most professional, first class, 5 star doctor on the planet

Dr. Libby was kind, knowledgable, and patient. Even being an hr away, I decided to go with his office for Invisalign treatment. Sue, at the front desk, is the reason I will take my business elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, and impatient. She required $3000 (total treatment cost) paid 30days before my fitting appointment! Most places charge $25-50 for cancelled appointments. Her rationale was that if I don't show up, they've "wasted" an hour and a half time slot. That's not $3K!! When I told her I didn't appreciate her tone, her response was, "do you want the appointment not?? " Hopefully, she's not related to an owner. It would stink to have a family member killing your business like that. I WON'T be going back there.

Caring and talented doctors. Amazing staff. I can't say enough good things about Osler Dental! Highly recommend!

Dr.Libby is the most amazing dentist I've ever met! So happy to have found someone to fix my teeth, make me comfortable and teach me new things!
