Probably one of the nicest Dental offices ever. The entire staff is very friendly, and Dr Burstein makes every effort to see you on each visit and see how you're doing. Highly recommend them.

Dr Burstein has been my Doc Dentist and my wife's for over 7 years.  Absolutely amazing. We appreciate all of your insight, your personality, and you remember everything!  They have kept our smiles fresh!   The whole team is wonderful! Thank you all over there at Dr. Burstein's office.

I have just recently made Dr. Burstein my primary Dentist, and I am very happy that I did. This is easily the nicest Dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Burstein is very knowledgeable and friendly. Although the office is located on busy Ventura Blvd, there is ample customer parking in the rear. Also, Jessica at the front desk is beautiful and very sweet!

Thank you Dr. Oswald Burstein for helping me achieve the smile that I've always wanted.

I've been embarrassed for the most part of my life because of my strange looking tetracycline stained teeth.  Over the years I learned it was easier to simply not smile in social situations.  Years of hiding my teeth and holding back smiles and laughter weighed heavily upon my spirit and contributed to my depression.  But no longer!..and I have Dr. Burstein to thank...for restoring my confidence to laugh and smile uninhibitedly like I once did as a child.  

By the time I called Dr. Burstein, my teeth were in bad shape, ugly and scary looking.  In addition to the tetracycline stains and bands, my teeth were crooked, gapped, chipped, cracked, with bleeding gums, and had numerous areas of infection and decay.  It had been years since I seen a dentist.  By now, I was even more anxious and self-conscious about my mouth.  And I was worried that Dr. Burstein would be quick to judge like others in the past.  However, he and his team proved me wrong.  They welcomed me with open ears, listened to my story, were compassionate and immediately made me feel at ease.  In retrospect, the only thing I would have done differently is called Dr. Burstein sooner.
  
Dr. Burstein and his team exude the utmost professionalism in all respects...from patient care to interpersonal skills to cleanliness to logistics.  Every visit I've had has gone smoothly...from scheduling appointments, to parking in their reserved parking spots, to appointments being met on time, to when i say bye and drive off.  Questions and concerns are clearly answered and addressed on time.  Dr. Burstein always returned my phone calls within an hour, if not sooner.  He listens, values what I have to say, and is not quick to dismiss.

I believe Dr. Burstein is an exceptionally talented dental artist who is designing beautiful smiles with his tremendous knowledge base and skill set.  There is no doubt he stays updated with the latest advances in dentistry, from research to its clinical applications.  Dr. Burstein is a master clinician and artisan who I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates a good smile. --D.P.

fantastic dentist and completely and totally pain free. I've been seeing this dentist since the early 1990s, and yet he still seems quite young... weird... he doesn't age !!!
