This location is an absolute gem in the Norwich/New London area. It's a beautiful little well themed, well kept library with a longtime history and a wonderful layout. Everything is easy to get to, any service you expect from a library is provided - including good computers if you seek such. And, if you live in Norwich and are a resident - you get free membership. I highly recommend you stop by!

I love this library so much I can always count on it. They have great computers, I've have been with Otis library for years now. 😄😀😃 📚 💻 ⌨️👨‍💻👩‍💻

I have been going to this library for most of my life. As a child I spent some of my happiest moments there. They continue to be sensitive to the needs of the community, even as those needs have changed significantly over the years. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Oh and they have great books (among other things)!
