I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. When I finally am able to get enough nerve to make an appointment, the staff and Dr. Shields already know my struggles. The way they deal with my anxiety is amazing. Each appointment is very specific to my needs. I have had no bad experiences with them at all.

Jamie is absolutely the best!!! She knows her stuff and teaches proper technique and education about good oral hygiene. Dr. Sheils does a great job of giving his recommendations, but letting the patient have an input in their plan of care! They are top notch!

Going to the dentist isn't so bad when you go to Otsego Dental.  Fantastic staff from front desk, to hygienists, to dentists.  Great place!!

They seriously have the best customer service on the planet. They're extremely nice, and welcoming. The staff seems like they're always having a ball. The atmosphere is splendid to be around as well. I live 30 minutes away,  and it's so worth the drive.

This is by far a FIVE STAR operation from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Would highly recommend this dentist and my family has been going here for years. Thanks Dr Sheils.
