Otsiningo Park, operated by Broome County Department of Parks & Recreation, provides a refreshing interlude close to the Greater Binghamton urban core. Paved walking/bicycle paths wind around picnic areas, athletic fields, and playgrounds, on a wooded riverbank. Picnic shelters are available by reservation (call 607-778-2193). Admission to the park is free. The park is open 8:00am - dusk, year-round.
