Always responsive and available. Great with the horses. Does not gouge on his fees. Calls it like he sees it; no sugar coating or overblown diagnosis. Been in the area for years and lots of people know him.

He was always kind to my horses, no matter how bad they were acting.  And Ditto Bob's comments below.  Thank you, Dr. Ott, you were great one.

I gotta had it to you guys i wish this never had to come down like this for moving into the area and pretty much we were not your regular people we were pretty much denied our visit, we tried to get of hold of you guys for a week and not even a call back. And when we did get a chance to speak we were pretty much told that you guys couldn't make it because you guy thought it wasn't an emergency, well long story short our horse died of I could give you a zero star i would thanks for the help just because we were not a regular visit i don't see how people are suppose to be on your system if we can't even be seen when there's a emergency.
