Over the last few years I've had the opportunity to meet and get to know a number of members of the Ottawa Kent Insurance team. In particular I appreciate how they have taken the time to understand my needs and made insurance recommendations based upon those needs. On the commercial insurance side we have had the opportunity to learn about Ottawa Kent Insurance's focus on risk control and have been truly impressed.

No contact, no service quality - always pushing me off to the insurer and their call center with any question whatsoever. Our rep quit - no phone call or handoff to another rep. I wont be working with this group again.
