Love living on ottens harbor

Boat launch guy purposely parks a forklift in front of the boat ramp, after we are within view of the dock. Then he proceeds to hide in a shed while we are looking to ask him to load up. The evening ends with the burst of a door... the man is running down the dock... jumping to his friends boat as it passes by - James Bond style.  What a jerk to block the ramp and hide like that.
